A place immersed in the estate
Ristorante & Braceria Poggio Le Volpi was born inside the wine estate of the same name, among the rows and with a gaze that opens towards Rome. It is a place designed to welcome, where the kitchen is part of a slower pace, made up of shared time, lived tables and authentic conviviality. An informal but well-finished restaurant, where every detail helps to create a natural and never forced atmosphere.
The kitchen
Tradition, seasonality, measure
The cuisine of the restaurant moves in the wake of the Italian tradition, enhancing seasonal raw materials and recognizable flavors. The dishes are straightforward, designed to enhance the product without superstructures, maintaining a balance between memory and contemporaneity. A cuisine that accompanies the time of the table, from lunch to dinner, without ever becoming the absolute protagonist.

The embers are a constant and identity presence. The selection of fine meats, coming from different parts of the world, meets essential and respectful cooking of the raw material. The wines of their own production represent the natural completion of the experience at the table. The labels of Tenuta Poggio Le Volpi and Cantina Masca del Tacco coexist with a wide and deep paper, which includes Italian and French selections. A proposal built to accompany food consistently, offering local wines even at a wine shop price.
The rooms
Two environments, one vision
The restaurant is divided into two distinct and complementary environments. The Epos room welcomes the most convivial dimension of daily catering, while the Barrique room is also designed for events and special occasions. Two different spaces, a single identity, linked to the place and its way of hosting.
